Bioquell Plc (“Bioquell”) was acquired by Ecolab Inc with effect from 16 January 2019 by means of a Court sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement at 590 pence per share.

The latest date for the dispatch of cheques to Scheme Shareholders and settlement through CREST is 30 January 2019.

Dealings in Bioquell Shares were suspended with effect from 6.00 p.m. (London time) on 15 January 2019. Applications have been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange in relation to the delisting of Bioquell Shares from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the cancellation of the admission to trading of Bioquell Shares on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, which are each expected to take effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 17 January 2019.
