It provides a proven 6-log kill of bioburden from every exposed surface in the selected zone. The system’s built in aeration ensures rapid cycle times and the capacity to decontaminate larger areas with multiple systems.

Bioquell’s Z-2 can remove contaminants in areas up to 250m³. For applications requiring decontamination exceeding the scope of a single Z-2, multiple systems can be operated at once to provide complete coverage.

As with every Bioquell solution, the decontamination process can begin without waiting for a limited temperature or humidity range to be reached.. The Bioquell Z-2 is fast and easy to use with up to 300 pre-programmed gassing cycles, an intuitive, detachable touchscreen and printed reports for simple set up with swift cycles and detailed reporting.

The Bioquell Z-2 offers full GMP compliance and can operate in regulated areas if used with timed hydrogen peroxide vapour cycles. It has a built-in thermal printer for tracking cycle conditions, can connect to building management systems and be easily assimilated into existing processes and protocols.

Bioquell’s multipurpose L-4 eliminates microbial contamination from equipment such as incubators, freeze dryers, pass-throughs, rack washers, isolators and open spaces or rooms up to 250m³. Validated cycles can be achieved through quick and direct connections, simple room setup or custom engineering solutions.  The Bioquell L-4 can be used inside a room by attaching a distribution head or outside of a zone with connection solutions to meet individual application requirements.

Bioquell’s L-4 also offers 6-log kill and its dual loop technology takes effect by rapidly turning hydrogen peroxide vapour into water vapour and oxygen. The details of each cycle are printed and real time cycle data is available over Ethernet for recording on LIMS, BMS, SCADA or other data acquisition systems.
