Bioquell HPV-AQ is a high quality, high purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution designed for use with advanced hydrogen peroxide vapour (HPV) generators. It is formulated to ensure consistent and maximum efficacy from validated cycles as measured by a 6-log reduction in microbial burden, verified using biological indicators.

Bioquell HPV-AQ is manufactured to ensure a consistent hydrogen peroxide concentration, a good shelf life and robust stability. The number of stabilizer additives have been minimised to provide a greater assurance of the quality of the hydrogen peroxide whilst ensuring low residue levels. Bioquell HPV-AQ bottles are filled in various countries around the world to help reduce our carbon footprint and they can be recycled when rinsed according to our manufacturer’s instructions.

Bioquell HPV-AQ is compatible with a wide range of materials and provides safe, reliable reassurance for efficacious validated cycles. Following a Bioquell HPV bio-decontamination cycle, vaporised Bioquell HPV-AQ will breakdown to a residue-free harmless water vapour and oxygen.

Benefits

Safe use by operators is a high priority. Using individual bottles, Bioquell HPV–AQ can be safely loaded into Bioquell HPV generators with no decanting required. All bottles, except the 5 litre, come with two breathable membranes: a foil induction membrane to prevent leaks during transportation and a foam membrane to allow venting through the cap threads and prevent leaks between uses. The quick and easy to use 5 litre safety connector also works as a ‘plug & play’ solution, removing the requirement to decant, increasing efficiency and safety.

Accurate recording of lot numbers and expiry dates for each cycle is achieved through the latest radio frequency identification (RFID) technology*. RFID tags allow traceability of product during audits.
